The movie, “Risen”, ends right where Pentacost picks up. In that film, the risen messiah has spent forty-days post-crucifixion with His disciples, and as He is lifted up finally into a Heavenward cloud, they have been instructed to return to Judea to await some kind of sign. It is clear to them that they are being activated as emissaries of this radical new message of redemption out into the world — that was part of the discussed strategy — but they haven’t been given all the pieces yet.
So off they return to Judea (possibly with a Roman convert among them — maybe Clavius had a change of heart at the end and went with them after all. Maybe that is where he was heading off into the distance at the end of “Risen”).
Ten days later the disciples are gathered in a room someplace in the city as instructed, praying fiercely — and this incredible supernatural event materializes. It is the gift of the Holy Spirit, the PRESENCE of the Holy Spirit, CONNECTING all who have been redeemed with the ability to enter into the Presence of God.

"SUPERBOOK”
This series is intended for kids, but if you want a great literary education, pick an episode per day and enlighten yourself in a fun, clever and innovative way. I found it quite brilliantly done. I could watch these for hours. It’s so good for the inner child to learn in a medium like this, and when the inner child is really happy, he or she will lend the magic to us. If they’re not happy and balanced, we’re not happy and balanced.
Here’s the full “SUPERBOOK” video catalogue, and it’s pretty vast. The scripts are really good, the animation is great, and the stories were, I thought, extremely well-told. This is superior stuff. What an amazing way to learn. [Here’s where it all began.]
